RECIPES:

CAKE IN A JAR:
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cups non-dairy milk
1/3 cup oil, plain vegan yogurt or applesauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350 F / 180 C for 22-24 minutes

CRANBERRY SHORTBREAD COOKIES:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup vegan butter, softened
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup flour
2 handfuls finely chopped dried cranberries

Bake at 300 F / 150 C for 12-15 minutes

EDIBLE GLITTER: The brand is Wilton and it's called "Pearl Dust"

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:
3-4 tbsp cocoa
4-5 tbsp cane sugar
Dandies vegan marshmallows
dairy free chocolate chips

Directions for making the hot chocolate (include this with the gift): Add contents of the jar to a cup. Pour hot water or non-dairy milk to fill the cup and stir until the cocoa and sugar is dissolved.
