· 🥑 Avocado (Avoka): The amazing source of Folate and healthy fats. Folate is crucial in the first months to help prevent birth defects and support the baby's brain and spine development.
· 🍊 Orange (Indimu/Imicungwa): Packed with Vitamin C. This vitamin helps with iron absorption (which prevents anemia) and boosts the immune system for both mother and baby.
