The Tulsa Wheelmen put on "Tuesday Night Crits" to teach and practice racing in criteriums like Tulsa Tough. In the first week of the series, I raced with the juniors and got absolutely crushed in the final sprint. Loved it.

RJ crankpushes -- roadbiking, cycling, spinning, whatnot -- through the Tulsa Riverparks East Bank and West Bank Bike Trail, through Jenks, Oklahoma, up and through Turkey Mountain and depositing himself back at his truck because he loves to spin his carbon fiber and aluminum two-wheeled torture machines. Welcome to Crankpusher. He rides a Cervelo S5 unless he rides a TREK Domane or his POS Schwinn.
