We are going to use the WRMK Foil Quill on Shrink Plastic. Then we will cut it out with the Cameo & apply a glitter UV resin to the back. We will create Christmas Ornaments but you can apply the same principles for jewelry making with Shrink Plastic. Supplies Listed below.
