The dead rise again and they are not happy. Victor is the definition of double tap cause if you don't make sure he's dead the first time boi will he come back with a vengeance. Its not easy to make a character whose entire kit deals with taking self damage to inflict damage on to others but Valve really nailed this one. At least he isn't as broken as he was on day one.
