This afternoon continues to be cloudy for many, with some persistent rain over the east of Scotland and some outbreaks of rain elsewhere. A band of rain over the southwest will move north-eastwards through the afternoon. Temperatures will be relatively mild for the time of year for most, but around average further north. Some blustery winds may also affect the northeast and southwest later on. This is the Met Office UK weather forecast for the afternoon of 10/02/2026. Bringing you today’s forecast is Alex Burkill.
