Just don't think that she is naked with one knife in her hands, as many probably thought now. Or as it happens in other games of this genre, where the hero has one loincloth and he cuts down trees in batches with his bare hands.

No, she is dressed and yes, she has one knife in her hands. With the help of which she obtains the first resources to create the first tools: an axe, a pick, a hammer. Without them, stone, wood and other natural materials are mined for a very long time. She also uses a knife, but when she tears off sheets of iron or plastic from old cars that are parked on the road or when collecting materials from other artifacts.

It is worth noting here that everything or almost everything that you see before your eyes can be a source of resources. Trees, bushes, small and large stones, mushrooms... hover over everything to find out whether it can be collected or not. This is very important, because in addition to resources, you can also find magazines with tips on how to escape the island.

But you are unlikely to do this right away, so we get resources and start settling down. And we need to do this, at least at a minimum, before dark. If you don’t have time, it will be difficult to fight off the attacking zombies. I hope you haven’t forgotten that the game is about zombies?

But besides zombies at night, there are other dangers in the game Night of the Dead. Predators during the day are one of them. Therefore, we must immediately arm ourselves - make a bow with arrows for starters. Of course, you can try to fight them off with an axe, but I wasn't very good at it. And the bow is the first weapon available in the game. And then you can make a laser sword.

But this will have to be done using machines, which in turn need to be installed in your house. But, as it turns out, we won’t be able to build a house right away, because there are no machines for crafting materials from which the house is built. Therefore, we put a foundation, a staircase to it and directly on the logs we put the first machines on which we will make new materials for more advanced tools. All this can also be improved in order to increase productivity or security. As a result, the plans are to build a small castle with its own economy and a defense system against attacks from outside.
