Описание: The topic of Religious Diversity is one of the most challenging on campus. This presentation provides strategies that help communicate effectively, make wise decisions, and avoid mistakes that can fester and divide. Those strategies include: 1) build awareness of trends regarding religion, faith, and spirituality, 2) develop a buffer of goodwill using Common Values to bridge religious differences, 3) Manage culture clash and unintentional mistakes 4) develop religious literacy, especially regarding sacred time, food and formality in order to show respect.
