Описание: Dozens of world leaders were welcomed by United States President Donald Trump for his first Board of Peace meeting in Washington DC on Thursday (Feb 19). Billions of dollars have been pledged for the rebuilding of Gaza as Trump also expressed hopes to expand his focus to other global conflicts. But even as the American leader pushes a renewed diplomatic agenda, the drumbeat of war continues to echo in the US. Nick Harper filed this report for CNA from Washington DC.
