Skaters is a rock band from New York City that formed in 2012. The band began when singer/songwriter, Michael Ian Cummings met English guitarist Josh Hubbard at a party in Los Angeles. Shortly after, Hubbard visited New York, met up with Cummings and the two recruited bassist Dan Burke and drummer Noah Rubin to join the band. Their debut effort, Manhattan, contains stories of the city where the band began.
