‘Talking into the wind’: Western leaders haven’t ‘grasped’ the situation in Israel

Israel is carefully weighing up how to respond to Iran’s missile attacks earlier this week without triggering an all-out regional war.

“They don’t seem to have really grasped the deep insecurity that the Hamas attacks almost a year ago created in Israel and the fundamental need the Israeli government has had to reestablish security,” Mr Shoebridge told Sky News host Steve Price.

“Israel is demonstrating to Iran and its terrorist proxies that they are outmatched.”
