One of the ways to measure the skew between two channels is to use the DPOJET tool under the ‘Analyze’ menu option that gives you the mean skew value which you can de-skew from the ‘Vertical’ menu option of the high-speed oscilloscope.

Once you de-skew by the value you want to (in this example -5.0 picoseconds), you clear the existing skew values from the DPOJET tool and rearm the oscilloscope according to the new trigger which shows the new signal spread. That’s how easy it is to use the high-speed data acquisition system to de-skew the signal within one picosecond of skew on the cable.
