Every July 24th the Church celebrates the feast of Saint Charbel Makhlouf, the great Lebanese monk and hermit whose tomb in Annaya receives thousands of pilgrims and has already welcomed the silent prayer of Pope Leo, who there entrusted to the saint the needs of the Church, of Lebanon, and of the world.
