Calories and Protein for the day:
Breakfast: 410 Cal, 35 gr Prot
Lunch: 170 Cal, 30 gr Prot
Dinner: 351 Cal, 26 gr Prot

Cheesy Ground Beef & Caul Casserole
In pan cook 1 lbs ground beef, 1/2 cup onion and one med pepper chopped. Drain. Add 1 head of cauliflower steamed and the following spices: 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 TBSP chili powder 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and one 15 oz jar petite diced tomatoes. Mix well and top with 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Put under broiler until cheese is cooked and bubbly. Approx 8 - 10 mins. Enjoy!
