Keeping the vibe with easy cocktails this time, I have a long refreshing drink made with my favourite liqueur ever, Grand Marnier. I love the orange profile of the Grand Marnier and how well it works in cocktails.

FANCY DRINK
30ml Grand Marnier Liqueur
30ml Light Rum (Bacardi or Havana 3YO)
60ml Grapefruit Juice (pink or white grapefruit)
Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water (or bitter lemon)

Shake the first three ingredients with ice. Strain into a sling glass filled with ice. Top with Sicilian Lemon Tonic or Bitter Lemon. Garnish with grapefruit slice or Maraschino Cherry. Enjoy!
