When prāṇa flows harmoniously, separation collapses. The idea of “other” loses its meaning. You begin to see everything within yourself, and yourself reflected in everything. This is not philosophy; this is lived truth.

This is cosmic consciousness — not as an abstract concept, but as an experiential reality.
Where the seeker and the sought are no longer two.
Where inside and outside merge.
Where breathing itself becomes meditation.

Shankaracharya’s final message is clear:
Regulate the breath, and the infinite opens itself within you.
