A quick trip by car to The Grange in Issaquah, Wa, USA to get a new 20lb propane tank filled for $12.11 via 2.49/ gal x 4.4 gal / special thanks to Doug for letting me record him filling the tank & explaining how the filling works & about the pre-purged tanks! I also buy ethanol free or EO gasoline from The Grange for my gasoline engines, vehicles, tools etc
This propane in this tank will power a small 8in metal forge used to smelt aluminum & copper scrap metals that Meg & I collect with the help of friends, mostly pop-cans for aluminum & copper wire scraps. A fun by kind of expensive hobby with lots of possible future uses, including adding to Meg's ability to continue custom making ETSY style things -- more about that on her channel in the future!
