Our original plan was to only do a 14 day detox and Yes, the Tea is darn bitter but so is having heartburn all the time! LOL! As I admitted, my meals were not as clean as they should have been, so next go around, I am going to try to clean it up a bit! LOL! However, I still lost weight and feel great.
HARD BUT NECESSARY DECISION: Our 14 day detox goal ended on 1/24/26 but we decided to keep going until we have no more tea! However, since we met our 14 day goal, we decided to treat ourselves with Hot Berries & Crepes for Breakfast & Chipotle for dinner! & Honey, I my gut didn't like it! :-)
BUUUUT, Tomorrow We Ride! LOL! Our Detox Teas are already prepped and TBH, I am looking forward to it.
I am sooooo grateful for this new journey and I am going to planning to order some of his fruit and add detoxing as a regular part of my life!
