I still don’t handle stress perfectly — I shut down, take it out on people I love, and feel overwhelmed.
But JOURNALING FOR MENTAL HEALTH helped me reframe stress and LOWER UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS.
If I can do something 10x better on a calm day, I allow myself to do it imperfectly on a hard day.
That shift changed everything.
