Welcome to Episode 1 of "The Decisive Season".
In this first vlog, we take you behind the scenes of the UCI Continental Team ARBÖ Kärnten Sport Feld am See as we begin our most important season yet. We are currently at our training camp in Istria, building the foundation for what lies ahead.
This series is designed to give you an authentic and unique look behind the curtain of a Continental cycling team: the preparation, the workload, the atmosphere within the squad, and the daily reality of professional racing at this level. No filters — just the work that goes into chasing performance.
This is only the beginning.
Throughout the season, we will release more vlogs from training camps, race days, travel days, and major competitions. You’ll see the highs, the setbacks, and the decisive moments that define a season.
