I this video, I have decided that the old fence and rail system need a serious upgrade. I purchased a fence and t square biesemeyer system from a company called VerySuperCoolTools. They also have a step by step plan in pdf form that I used as a guideline for this process.
I also upgrade my power switch to the saw and upgrade the electrical wiring. I put a few TLC touches to the saw to get it looking good and back in action.

This is a 240V, 12" older craftsman table saw, Model number 113.29950.
The magnetic switch replacement comes from Grizzly Industrial.
This video ran a little long even with me not including the video footage of every step.
