What a magnificent morning for flying! Watch as we roll down runway 8R and lift off to the East with a gorgeous sunrise lighting up the engine! Watch as we pass Pearl Harbor, Downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head as we continue East along the Southern shore of Oahu! Fantastic General Electric CF6-80 engine sound can be heard throughout! Excellent thrust reduction as well! Check out the condensation in the engine and the vapor trail over the wing! Excellent overview of the entire island of Oahu! Fantastic service on board complete with an egg omelet and cinnamon roll breakfast! A snack basket was also passed around as well! Seats were fully lie-flat and featured individual screens loaded with movies and entertainment! This is truly one of my favorite I've ever recorded! Filmed from the First Class Cabin on board United Airlines! Flight 72 to San Francisco. 10/1/14.
