CREAMY CARBONARA
Ingredients:
400g spaghetti noodles
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can sliced mushroom
1 can evaporated milk (154 ml)
1 can all purpose cream
90g cheese
200g bacon
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
For the spaghetti noodles-
Cook for 10 minutes or according to package instructions.
Set aside.
For the sauce-
Fry bacon. Wait until brown and crispy. Set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic. Wait until brown.
Add sliced mushroom, cream of mushroom, evaporated milk, all purpose cream and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
