1️⃣ Use the Right Needle: Choose a ballpoint or stretch needle, typically size 75/11 or 90/14, as these will pierce through the fabric without causing snags.
2️⃣ A zigzag stitch or a stretch stitch (if your machine has one) works well. Set the zigzag to a narrow width (1 or 1.5) to allow the fabric to stretch without popping stitches.
3️⃣ Use a slightly longer stitch length (about 3 mm) to prevent the fabric from bunching or stretching out of shape.
