This is just another simple idea to make a simple side dish with cucumber.
I love the fresh and also sweet and watery taste of cucumber. There is always cucumber in my fridge, so sometimes I make this stir fry to make a bit variation on my dining table.
If u love something simple and quick but still healthy than this dish is really worth to try.
