My Review for the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Bakuchiol Eye Cream Review did not record but here are my thoughts:
Key Ingredients:
It’s formulated with
• Black Rice – antioxidant-rich
• Bakuchiol – smooths and firms
• Bamboo Extract – hydrates and calms
Experience:
This is comparable to the Skin 1004 bakuchiol cream but this is lighter. It has a Silky, almost milky texture.
It gave me the same effects as the skin 1004 the main difference is its not deeply moisturizing as skin 1004. And it has a lighter texture so if you want a lighter texture you might like this better. And if you want a more matte finish this would be good too.
Best for: Tighter budgets, lightweight layers, and matte finish lovers.
