See the ingredients
Maida-1 1/4 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Ghee-1/2 cup
Milk-1/3 cup
Eggs-2
Vanilla Essence-1 tspn
Baking powder-1 tspn
Salt-a pinch
Preheat oven to 180 C or 350 F.
Grease an 8 inch loaf pan with ghee and maida and line with butter paper.(you can use round or square pan .Make sure its the same size(8 inch)
Mix together maida.baking powder and salt.Keep aside.
beat ghee and sugar till creamy.Then add one egg at a time and beat for 30 seconds each.Add vanilla essence also.
Now add maida mixture and milk alternately and mix well.Add maida in three parts and milk in two parts.
Pour the batter into greased pan.bake for 40 to 45 mints.
Once the ghee cake is ready,let it cool down completely.
Cut and enjoy with hot tea ot coffee 😍
