Can you still apply to get a Visa if you have a criminal conviction?
Yes, you can still apply for a UK Working Visa if you have a criminal conviction. However, you can only apply 12 months after your conviction date. If you have been to jail, please do not apply, as depending on the sentence you may need to wait 10 years, and this may take you over the age limit for a YMS.
If you have multiple convictions an Entry Clearance Officer will consider your case and determine if you should be approved.
