🥣 Ingredients
Chhena (Paneer) ke liye
Full-fat milk – 1 liter
Nimbu ka ras / vinegar – 2 tbsp
Pani – washing ke liye
Chashni ke liye
Sugar – 1 cup
Pani – 2 , 1/2 cup
Elaichi – 2 (optional)
👩🍳 Spongy Rasgulla Recipe (Step by Step)
Step 1: Chhena Banana
Milk ko ubalne rakho
Gas bandh karke nimbu ras thoda-thoda daalo
Milk phat jaaye to turant pani se wash karo (khattapan jaayega)
Kapde me chaan kar 20 min latka do
⚠️ Chhena me pani nahi hona chahiye, par bilkul dry bhi nahi
Step 2: Chhena Knead Karna (MOST IMPORTANT)
Chhena ko hath se 8–10 min tak maslo
Jab tak bilkul smooth, crack-free dough na ban jaaye
