Uptown on the Lakes Morris Dancers, formerly known as Uptown on Calhoun, performed several Morris dances at the Ukrainian American Community Center International Holiday Festival 2018.
Morris dance is a form of English folk dance usually accompanied by music . As you can see, dancers wear colorful costumes and bells on that jingle while performing, giving this performance a special flare.

Traditionally, the International Holiday Festival Festival held on the Sunday after Thanksgiving at the Ukrainian American Community Center, is a great holiday tradition to ease into the season with family, friends, and community. In addition to the wonderful fol performances, as always, this years' event featured a bake sale and a folk art, craft & gift sale by local and international vendors.
