How to apply for NET (National Eligibility Test)
Friends NET means "National Eligibility Test" and this test is basically for to become a lecturer in colleges or Junior Research Fellow (JRF). If you want to make a career in teaching profession (lectureship) and research as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) than you can apply for NET (National Eligibility Test).
Friends the minimum eligibility criteria for NET is as under:

• You must have completed Master’s Degree or equivalent from any university recognized by UGC.
• If you are appearing at the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination then also you are eligible for the exam.
• You must have secured the minimum of 55% marks in Master's degree (50% marks in case of OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ SC/ ST/ PWD (Persons with disability) category candidates).
Minimum Age:
Friends the minimum age criteria for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) is 28 years and there is an age relaxation of 5 years in case of women Candidate, OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ SC/ ST/ PWD (Persons with disability) category candidates). However there is no upper age limit for lectureship.
How to apply:
