North Captiva Island Florida. What to expect on a shelling and beachcombing on a local tour.

North Captiva Island Florida wasn't a place I thought I was going to see anytime soon, however the weather had different plans! I was expecting to go to Cayo Costa but the really windy weather diverted us to North Captiva Island, which was awesome because I'd never been there.
I went on a tour, so time was limited and I wasn't able to spend my normal couple of hours exploring. However, I did have over 2 hours to look for shells and beachcomb, so North Captiva and I did have a little time to get acquainted.

I thought the crew was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using this company for a tour. Please let them know SWF Beach Life recommended them - maybe they'll hire me to teach their guests about shells :)
