I've been thinking about win-win dynamics in business — the idea that the best
strategies aren't zero-sum. So I did what made sense to me: I built a simulation
to test it.
35 AI agents. Each one given a strategy:
→ Hoarder — accumulate, never trade
→ Fair Trader — only deal when both sides win
→ Defector — take more than you give
→ Tit for Tat — mirror what your partner does
→ Partner Seeker — build alliances, share generously
400 rounds. Resources to gather. Trades to negotiate. Reputations to build or burn.
The results surprised me.
This is an ongoing build — I'm exploring, following my curiosity, and sharing the
process as it unfolds. No polished answers. Just live experimentation.
