Today, we are talking about radiology. Why should I, as a medical professional, build a career as a radiologist?
A radiologist is a medical professional with specialized training in diagnosing and treating diseases using medical imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging equipment.
At the University of Rwanda, we run a radiology residency in Rwanda.
A radiologist can further sub-specialize in:
1. Neuroradiology
2. Musculoskeletal radiology
3. Pediatric radiology
4. Breast imaging
5. Cardiovascular radiology
6. Vascular and interventional radiology
