Traditional bent or curved knives are essential for carving Northwest Coast Art and are some of the only knives that work carving the shapes on the northwest coast art. This workshop is an introduction to making traditional knives of the Northwest Coast; bent and straight knives. Using power tools, files and torches as well as caring for, sharpening and attaching to handles after the knives are made.
