A jury has found Dallas Ly guilty of second-degree murder. As Catherine McDonald reports, the Ontario man's lawyers maintain their client did not intend to kill his mother Tien Ly and say the case speaks to the stigma of abuse and neglect.
An autopsy showed Tien Ly had been stabbed 27 times. The cause of death was multiple stab wounds to the neck and chest.
