Описание: Sir Keir Starmer has said the UK needs to make sure it is “ahead of the curve” with its defence capabilities as he said the defence investment plan would be published in the coming weeks and mark “another step up” in spending.

The Defence Investment Plan will be published before the Nato summit in Turkey, beginning on July 7, the Prime Minister also announced.
