Описание: This exclusive Music Video Remix for Adam Ant's 1984 effort "Apollo 9 [Francois Kervorkian Splashdown Mix] World Premiered in London at the 1995 Adam And The Ants Conventions. Original Remix Music Video conceptualized by John Ares ("VJ_Johnny_Blitz")

As a VJ, I also produced a 35 Minute episode of my TV Series "Music Madness" specifically for the event. The episode included the world premiere of the "Beautiful Dream" music video from Adam Ant's "Wonderful" LP that had NOT been released at that time.

This re-invisoned Apollo 9 music video receives a reworking remix visually here. My conceptual version of this song combines the music video along with taking a visual cue from the original video by sourcing several original NASA Archival scenes.

As many of you know the Apollo 9 mixes had the following Nasa related names 'Blast Off', 'Orbit" and 'Splashdown' Mixes. All of which pinpoint the basic aspect to a NASA Mission. My concept was to take the viewer through the process of all three ('Blast Off', 'Orbit" and 'Splashdown') using the 'Splashdown" Mix as the catalyst. So in other words visually the music video takes you on a complete NASA MISSION with a culminating visual acknowledgment of the "Splashdown'.

The remix I used, which is a bit of a folk lore now, is titled "Apollo 9 (Splashdown Re-Mix)" elsewhere has unfortunately been bootlegged over the years from the few who had access at the time. There has even been attempts to recreate this video. The original Music Video Remix of this song as it first premiered in 1995 for the convention, conceptualized and edited by myself appears here for the very first time on the net since it's creation nearly 20 years ago.

Finally This video above had it's American Premiere only last year as part of a special screening. A SPECIAL TWO HOUR EXCLUSIVE WORLD PREMIERE VIDEO PRESENTATION conceptualizing Adam Ant's entire career. The event was held Friday Night The 16th of August 2013 approximately midnight at "The OFFICIAL ADAM ANT AFTER-SHOW TRIBUTE NIGHT "An Evening of Antmusic For Sexpeople" It celebrated Adam Ant's weekend residency with his historical return to New York Cit;s Irving Plaza with THE GOOD THE MAD & THE LOVELY POSSE.
