I had to try this one. This is Durian Fine Robusta from Bazan Coffee, grown in Vietnam and naturally fermented for 72 hours to bring out wild, fruity tropical notes—no added flavor, no chemicals, just beans.

In this video, I brewed it two ways:
• 1:8 Cold Brew
• Fresh Espresso Shot

It’s a medium-dark roast Robusta, with a bold, full-bodied flavor, super low acidity, and a fruity finish that really does remind me of durian. Cold brew is smoother, espresso is richer—but both are surprisingly good.
