Another composition from my favorite music makers. It's funny, but until yesterday I didn't know about the existence of this song - my dad sent me the title of this track - so this is his suggestion. Without further ado, I immediately recorded my version of this composition using 2 plug-ins from Spitfire Audio - for the Olafurs part (harmonic sequence of 4 chords) I took Original Felt Piano, and for improvisational elements from Nils - Original Cinematic Soft Piano was used. (it seems there is not much difference between them - the same problems with velocity, it's just a PAIN for the pianist, I guess these libraries were created for amateurs or midi scorers programmers - strange randomization probably allows you to revive the programmed music, make your performance more "alive", but it's a pain for those who can and wants to play.
All in all, I played "Life Story" by ear - and did not bother with complete copying of what Olafur and Nils improvised, so this version can be considered an experiment and re-improvisation.

Life Story Love And Glory (2015) is a 2-track live improv affair on two pianos, also recorded at Nils’s place in October 2012, the day before the two went on the road for the Erased Tapes 5th Anniversary Tour. It was released on August 21, 2015 as a surprise 7” available through record stores only, two weeks ahead of its digital release, and entered the Official UK Vinyl Single Charts at # 3, still remaining in the Top 10 after three weeks.
