Описание: This video will demonstrate how to roll and cook pierogies. For the dough you need 2 cups flour, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup sour cream. Combine everything in a mixer with the dough hook. Transfer to a floured surface and knead dough until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
