The heated steering wheel system is designed to operate only when the surface temperature of the steering wheel is below the temperature within which the system is designed to operate.
To use the heated steering wheel feature:
● First, start the engine,
● Press the CLIMATE button on the control panel,
● Then touch STEERING HEATER.
The indicator light will appear on the screen and the heated steering wheel will activate. It will automatically turn off after a period of time.
If the surface temperature of the steering wheel exceeds the temperature at which the system was designed to operate, the feature will turn off.
