Using the WTSDisconnectSession API we can disable internal xinput selector support for metro/store windows. Since the selector is buggy and contrived anyways, we override the function to simulate mouse movements no matter what kind of Window has focus.
Also, using the accessibility registry key we can put a copy to boot up at Winlogon screen and also the UAC (user account control) screens. The xinput driver is aware of the desktop that it is running on, only one instance per desktop, and the desktops do not cross over any unintended inputs.
