Ice Cream Making Process: Involves lab testing, pasteurization at 75°C, adding emulsifiers and flavors, and aging tanks.

Products: Cup, Kulfi, Cone, and Candy.

Filling Capacity - 20 Lakh Ice Creams per Day

Hardening Tunnel: Products are hardened at -40°C for 80 minutes before being stored at -18°C.

Candy Line: Produces 40,000 candies per hour with no human touch, using 40,000 sticks hourly (each 114 mm long).

Quality Control: An in-house lab tests for fat, viscosity, and acidity to ensure perfect products.
Fun Fact: -40°C is equal to -40°F.
