As always, check in with your body routinely throughout the flow and make modifications as needed. Practicing ahimsa - non-harming - is of utmost importance. 💟
So often when we hop into handstand, we lose our energetic connection through the central axis. That connection is what handstands in yoga are all about! So in this practice we’re using the blocks as levels to leverage ourselves up into our inversion practice like a weight pulley system that helps us connect to our central core. ⚡️
We will continue to expand upon this integrated idea of bandha engagement. 🌐
