How to make FOCUS PAD MITT - Quick & Low Cost

Make a boxing focus pad/ target pad for punches and strikes at home, super strong & excellent sound effect!
Time Approx. 10-20mins (dependant on skill)
All you need:
•10m Duct tape
•2pc Car Windscreen sponges in pack
•2x 2pc Cleaning Sponge Erasers (with carboard boxes)
•Dishwashing glove OR gardening glove (old/recycled)
(You can buy all the above at most Poundshop /Discount stores... for good Duct tape Wilko's currently cost £1.25) Total cost £4.25
Please note as always take extra care with all training equipment and DIY projects, we cannot be responsible for any injuries whilst copying the video or use of equipment! Make sure you learn training from a qualified instructor.
P.s. Be as creative as you like and come up with your own version, please do test the equipment is safe to use for yourself & others. A certain amount of air flow is important for focus pads, as well as the use of a more dense sponge that can take in impact so make sure you take that into account. Enjoy 👍⭐🤜
