HISTORY:
John: Good morning, Mary.
Mary: Good morning, John. How are you today?
John: I am fine, thank you. But we have a problem.
Mary: What is the problem?
John: The server is not working. Our clients cannot open their files.
Mary: Oh no! When did this happen?
John: It started one hour ago. I tried to restart it, but it did not work.
Mary: Let me check the system. Where is your computer?
John: It is in the server room. Follow me, please.
Mary: Okay. Let's go and see.
(They walk to the server room)
John: Here it is. The screen shows an error message.
Mary: I see it. The problem is the network cable. Look, it is not connected.
John: Oh! I did not see that. Can you connect it?
Mary: Yes, I can. Let me plug it in now.
John: Great! Is it working now?
Mary: Wait a moment. Yes! The server is running again.
