The beautiful hardware reverb space machine that is the Lexicon M300 ! - now available as impulse responses [IR’s] : created using mastering grade converters at Shrunken Heads Studios. They (all 51 of them!!) sound phenomenal and will put your music and audio into every type of space you can imagine - and a whole lot you could never imagine! Perfect for sitting vocals and instruments in a mix, for expanding space within a dense session and letting things breathe - for adding motion to rhythmic elements - and for turning creative ideas into Much bigger, Huger, more exciting versions of themselves. Some of the presets were taken from classic Lexicon units - which you can now have multiple instances of in your daw - from large blooming cloud verbs to tiny real space rooms. It’s all top quality stuff made By mix engineers For mix engineers. In the video we placed Melda’s convolution plugin (IR loader) on the sound source and set the wet/dry to 27 per cent. The IR’s are such high quality you can stretch / pitch shift them more than other lesser quality IR’s, so they’ll fit the source material perfectly.
