If you're like many guitarists, you're comfortable soloing over Major and minor chords... but what do you do when a real curveball comes your way in the form of a minor 7 b5/half diminished chord?! Well, i've got the answer: its my signature Demonic Pentatonic scale shape!!!
This easy to use scale shape is based around an old classic with a twist; by taking the blues scale and removing the 5th intervals in it, you end up with a potent weapon to combat crazy weird jazzy chord while you improvise! Its even based around the ever-familiar two note per string minor pentatonic feel, so you're picking and fretting hands will feel right at home. No need to go super deep into modes or theory when you've got this easy scale shape at your disposal!
