Today I will show you a very simple, quick and delicious recipe! This dish is one of those recipes that requires using up leftover pasta. It is also very versatile. Replace the Parmesan with almost any cheese (or use none at all) and add tuna, cooked vegetables or meat. Do it your way. It is a very simple and delicious dish for those hectic evenings when there is no time to cook!

Ingredients (4 servings):
Spaghetti — 300 g
Olive oil — 2 tbsp (30 g)
Butter — 20 g
Onion — 1 medium (120 g)
Sweet bell pepper — 1 medium (150 g)
Celery — 2 stalks (100 g)
Canned tuna (drained) — 1 can (200 g)
Eggs — 4
Cream 20% — 200 ml
Cheddar cheese — 120 g
Parmesan — 40 g
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste
Paprika — 1 tsp
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
